My Health In Motion (MHIM)
At EMD Serono, our unwavering commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) fuels a high-impact culture where compassion, innovation, and belonging intersect. We recognize that every patient's journey is unique, shaped by individual needs and circumstances. Nowhere is this more evident than in the experiences of our Black and Brown patients. Their distinct challenges and aspirations have inspired us to create a transformative initiative: My Health in Motion.
The My Health in Motion (MHIM) initiative is dedicated to advancing health equity and literacy, especially for Black and Brown communities. MHIM, a mobile unit, visits underserved areas to provide education and resources, aiming to reduce healthcare disparities and enhance patient knowledge.
